How much is shipping?
To check the shipping cost of your order all you need to do is add the items(s) to your shopping cart and click on "My shopping cart". Enter the shipping destination in "Estimate shipping" and it will show you your shipping options BEFORE you have to enter any payment details.
How long will it take to receive my Item(s)?
We ship all our orders (no drop shipping). The average order arrives at it's destination within 3-7 days from date items are shipped (If shipped within the United States). Some take longer depending on the shipping carrier and your distance from Utah. Most items will be shipped within 2-3 business days (we do not work the 2nd half of Friday, Saturday, Sunday or regular Holidays).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes- We are happy to ship to Canada, most European countries, New Zealand and Australia. Please contact us at email@example.com if you live in a country other than these to see if we are able to ship to you.
International order limit is $250 max per order (not including shipping). We prefer orders over $100 be paid through PayPal.
The most popular shipping option for packages weighing less than 4 lbs is First Class International Package. The International options usually arrive within 5-14 days from ship date but some are taking as long as up to 10 weeks (customs offices are taking quite a long time to release some packages). Please be aware that Flat Rate Envelopes cannot be insured and are not trackable. Out of thousands of packages shipped this way internationally, we have only had about 10 packages in more than 10 years not arrive at its destination.
If you are concerned about duty or customs fees that may be charged by your country's customs system, please contact your local customs or post office. We do not know what these fees might be. What is a "Flat Rate" Envelope or Box?
A Flat Rate Envelope is an envelope shipped through United States Postal Service (USPS) that is allowed to have up to 4 lbs of weight for the same shipping cost as 1 lb, as long as it fits in the envelope. Normally a 4 lb package shipped to Europe would be more than $60 shipped by weight only. So shipping in Flat Rate envelopes saves quite a bit of money. Flat Rate Boxes are offered for INTERNATIONAL shipping. The the weight is limited to 20 lbs and items must physically fit in the box. **Occasionally we need to trim packages of the items in order to fit them in the Priority envelopes or boxes.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will either ship it USPS or FedEx ground. We will decide the best shipping option for us and will let you know the tracking number of your package and the shipping carrier that was used. This is the same if you choose our flat rate shipping option (available for packages shipped within the lower 48 United States).
U.S. Customers: Tracking information is provided for all domestic packages. Please watch the progress of your package and notify USPS or FedEx Ground if your package has not been received in the time that is estimated for your package. Contact them immediately if your tracking shows the package delivered and it was not delivered to you. Time is of the essence in these instances for USPS to retrieve a misdelivered package.
PLEASE NOTE: Hallmark Scrapbook uses USPS and FedEx Ground to ship all parcels worldwide. We take care in packaging to give your order the best chance of arriving without incident therefore, we are not responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged by USPS once the parcel has left our warehouse. Most USPS Priority packages have a $50 - $100 insurance coverage which is provided by USPS. First Class packages have no coverage. If you would like your package to be covered by insurance up to $100 be sure to choose USPS Priority.
RETURNS & RETURN AUTHORIZATION:
Returns are accepted, postage paid by customer, within 12 days with Return Authorization only. Packages must have the return authorization code written on the outside of the package. Items sent without return authorization will be refused and returned to sender. Make sure to ship your product with tracking or confirmation. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit.
Returned items must be unopened and unused. If items are found to be opened or used they will not be accepted. You can have them returned back to you at your cost. Used or opened items not paid for return will be disposed of after 10 days.
We try very hard to not make mistakes on orders. But on occasion we do and hope you will understand that we try our best. If we send an incorrect item, we need to be notified within 2 days of receipt of package. Items sent in error that have been opened by the customer will not be accepted for return/exchange. Please make sure your items are correct before opening. If you received free shipping on your order and we send an incorrect item or leave and item out of your order, we reserve the right to refund you for that item rather than sending the correct item. OR if we find items to be out of stock while preparing your order for shipment, you'll be refunded for the items, we do not intentionally show items as being in stock on our site if they are out of stock.That being said, we will always do our best to send the items you ordered.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No restocking fee will be charged for exchanges, but the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs back to us. A store credit will be issued for the amount paid for the returned item(s).
Because of the nature of the packaging on the following items, All SALES ARE FINAL on All Stamps and Dies (unless they are defective - and then they may need to be returned to the manufacturer), Inks and reinkers that come from the manufacturer without a seal or shrink wrapped, Brother ScanNCut Machines, Software (including Image CD's), Paper Packs, Single Copic Markers, Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers, Other Markers (unless they come packaged in a sealed blister pack or wrapped in plastic by manufacturer), Books, Magazines, Misti Stamp tool and other Misti products, Tim Holtz Stamp Platform and other Stamp Positioning tools and the items in our 20-60% off Sale collection and items we no longer stock or have discontinued selling. Also, items that don't come shrink wrapped or sealed/blister packed from the manufacturer we cannot accept for return or exchange. Please contact us at email@example.com for defective returns on any other items. Most will likely need to be handled through the Manufacturer. (Manufacturers need to know of defective items to help prevent any production errors in the future and are covered through manufacturers warranty).
No goods will be accepted for exchange OR return without authorization. Packages received without authorization will be refused.
International Customers: If we make a mistake on your order, in most cases you will be refunded for the item not received, rather than us sending the correct item. This decision will be made at our discretion.
